Complete 5th wheel hitch setup replaces your 5th wheel camper's pin box with a gooseneck pin box and includes the ball and safety chain hardware for an OEM puck system.
This setup gives you the major parts needed to convert a compatible 5th wheel camper to a gooseneck ball connection. The replacement pin box fits Lippert Rhino pin box applications, and the included gooseneck ball kit works with compatible OEM puck systems. Together, they replace the camper's standard 5th wheel connection with a clean gooseneck hookup.
Hauling cargo between trips gets old fast when a large fifth wheel hitch takes up your bed. This setup moves the towing point to a single gooseneck ball connection, so the ball and safety-chain loops can be removed when you are done towing. Your truck bed stays open for cargo runs once the bulky in-bed hitch is out of the way.
Long towing days can send vertical bounce and front-to-back movement through your trailer connection. Dual-axis cushioning absorbs up-and-down and front-to-back movement during travel. SumoSprings suspension helps dampen road shock over rough pavement, keeping motion controlled as the road surface changes.
Hooking up a gooseneck takes careful positioning when the coupler target is small. The large funnel coupler design gives you a wider lead-in area as your trailer settles onto the ball. Once coupled, the easy-reach latch cable releases the coupler from an accessible position.
The included 2-5/16" gooseneck ball uses a built-in ball-bearing locking system that drops into the OEM puck system receiver and holds tight for towing. The integrated handle gives you leverage during installation and removal, doubles as a clean carrying point, and locks horizontally to help prevent accidental unlatching. When the ball is removed, the rubber cover helps keep dirt and debris out of the ball hole, and the included storage case keeps the ball, safety-chain loops, and cover organized between hauls.

Hi, everyone. Steven here with etrailer. Let's take a look at this B and W Fifth Wheel Setup with the Replacement Gooseneck Pin Box, Safety Chains, and the OE Balls and Chain Tie Down Puck Dystem. Now folks, this is a custom fit application. It's going to fit a couple different Ford, the F250, 350, 450 Super Dutys, different bed lengths, different years. Looks like it fits some GMC products, both Chevy and the GMC Sierras, and also a few Nissan Titans.
So again, check the fit guide. There's lots of different fits this works with. Be sure yours is one of them before you make a purchase. Now that being said, when you're ready to purchase, this is going to give you a cleaner, more versatile way to tow that fifth wheel, because now you can swap that kingpin out with this gooseneck kingpin, free up your bed space when you're not towing and just make your life a whole lot easier, right We all know how bulky those fifth wheel hitches are, how heavy they are, how much space they take up. Not only in the bed of your truck, then you got to store it somewhere whenever you're not using it, right So this will eliminate that.
And this is going to give you that standard two and five 16ths inch gooseneck ball with the puck safety chain tie downs. And they also give you a nice, hard plastic case that all that fits in as well. And of course you get the rubber plug for the gooseneck ball hole when not in use. Now to me, what makes this kit amazing as well is inside of here you have a SumoSpring suspension technology. It's a big rubber jounce.
And what it's going to do, it's going to give you two different ways, or dual access cushion. So not just front to back, but also that up and down, giving you a smoother, controlled towing experience. It's going to be easier on you. You're not going to feel the vibrations, the road shock. It's going to help your trailer last longer and your truck suspension as well.
And because this is a large frontal design up here in the front, hooking up is going to be a lot quicker and easier as well. You can easily see where you need to go. A lot easier than just that traditional tube. And like I said, you do get the safety chains as well in the setup. You also get the value hardware to mount this to the trailer on the fifth wheel. And so again, this is going to be a quick installation as far as that goes. You don't have to do any kind of drilling or anything like that. And unlike most systems out there, this is a maintenance-free system, meaning the spring doesn't require any kind of braking periods. It's ready to go right out of the box. Well, folks, if you're looking for this conversion kit, this is a great option. It does work with the Lippert and Rhino pin boxes. And this is rated for trailers up to 25,000 pounds with a tongue weight, or a pin weight rather, of 3,250 pounds. Well, folks, that's going to wrap up our quick look together. Again, make sure you're checking that fit guide. And if you need help with the install, we get you covered as well. Use that install low care link below. We can pair you with trusted etrailer technicians around the country. I'm Steven. Thanks for watching.
